LinkGather



This plugin gives you the ability to export the links for all your blogs articles in Google Spreadsheets style.

You can get the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, or you can just go to the link below:

Now you have installed the plugin, you can start using it.

Walkthrough


A new menu item on the options side of your admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

When you hover over this title option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different sections available for you:

Click on the Home title, this will go to the plugins developer page which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Hit the Post Links offering to take you to the page that will show all of your websites published posts’ links. Note that for the purposes of this instruction, we are using our demo test site with just a few URL's in it.

You will now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the link list, you should see that LinkGather has also added up how many post URLs you have.

You then also have the option to download the articles in Excel design.

Page Links


The above procedure is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of bringing back published links, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack URL's


The option for JetPack ShortLinks is again exactly the same procedure as those above, but, JetPack ShortLinks are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.
