LinkGather



This plugin for WordPress will allow you to export the web addresses for all your blogs posts in Google Spreadsheets style.

You can download the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, or you can just go to the URL below:

Once you have installed the plugin, straight away you are ready to go.

Instructions


A new link on the left side of your admin console will appear called LinkGather:

Hover over this tab option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available for you:

Clicking on the Home title, this will take you to the plugins home page which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Hit the Post Links offering to navigate you to the page that will reveal all of your blogs published posts’ URL's. Be aware that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few URLs in it.

You will now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the URL list, you will see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post URLs you have.

You then also have the option to download the posts in Google Spreadsheets format.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, however instead of supplying back published posts, it will bring back published pages instead:

wp.me Links


The option for wp.me Links is again exactly the same procedure as those above, but, JetPack URL's are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those links.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Hoping that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links menu will bring back all those JetPack URLs that it has gathered:
